After-sales service commitment:

To enable our equipment to be delivered timely, safely and normally, our company shall carry out perfect after-sales service and spare no effort to do the following work to meet users’ satisfaction:
1. After the products have been shipped to site, our company shall carry out whole-process technical service from product installation to operation, including onsite guidance, installation, equipment debugging and assistance in commissioning, etc.
2. Ensure all-round product quality and carry out “three guarantees” service on the products within one year.
3. In case of any of our customer asks for service, we shall give a reply within two hours upon receipt of the user’s notice. If onsite service is necessary, our service personnel shall arrive at site and offer service within 24 hours (within the province) to 48 hours (outside the province).
