Shunt capacitor bank-TBB type

Product introduction

The TBB-type high voltage shunt capacitor bank is mainly composed of high-voltage shunt capacitor (C), series reactor (L), zinc oxide arrester (FV), discharge coil (TV), disconnector (QS), post insulator, busbar and fittings.

The device can effectively improve the power factor of the power grid, improve the quality of the power supply voltage, and reduce the loss of the power supply transformer and transmission line.

Product features

²The iron core series reactors are adopted for this device, which are low in power loss and small in size, not interfering with the indoor structure and control devices.

²As the device adopts the internal fuse structure, no external fuse is installed, which are compact in structure and reliable in protection.

²The four-pole linkage grounding switch is adopted for the device, and the device also has an anti-misoperation lock function, which ensures the safe, reliable and convenient operation of the device.

²The front end of the cabinet door adopts a plate-like structure, which can effectively prevent the damage to the front end of the device under accidents, while the other sides adopts a mesh structure, which is convenient to observe the operating conditions of the capacitor and enhancing heat dissipation.

²All parts of the device are fabricated and assembled in the company’s workshop, and then packaged and transported as a whole, only few field installation tasks left.

²The device has a high degree of standardization and good versatility.

²The device is beautiful in appearance, neat and order in wiring and small in occupation space.

Application field

The TBB-type high voltage shunt capacitor banks can be applied to 35kV, 110kV, 220kV, 500kV, 750kV substations for power system and industrial and mining enterprises, it can also be used in 6kV and 10kV voltage level of enterprise distribution power stations as well as newly-built and renovated shunt capacitor devices in all levels of power distribution network.
