Product introduction

The working principle of the arc suppression coil compensation device is to use the phase difference(180°) between the inductive current and the capacitive current flowing through the fault point to achieve compensation. After compensation, the fault current flowing through the fault point is less than 5A, thereby reducing the power system overvoltage due to single-phase intermittent arc grounding.

Our company has successfully developed a complete set of TKXH series arc suppression coil grounding compensation device by learning from foreign advanced technology, which is used in the power grid system of 66KV and below. The microcomputer controller adopts an embedded control system to automatically detect and identify the operating status of the power grid. When the power grid is operating normally, the neutral point displacement voltage is tracked and measured in real time to accurately calculate the power grid-to-ground capacitive current and compensate according to the system requirements. In the event of single-phase grounding, fast and reasonable compensation is realized, so as to ensure the safe operation of the system. The safe operation of power system and the reliability of power supply have become more and more important, and the selection of neutral grounding mode is an important factor that directly affects the above two indexes. With the increase of power grid cable outgoing line, the system capacitive current to ground increases sharply. After single-phase grounding, the current flowing through the fault point is large, it is difficult to extinguish the arc, and it is easy to produce intermittent arc grounding overvoltage, which endangers personal and equipment safety, interferes with communication, and leads to an significant increase in accident tripping rate. Therefore, China's power code DL/T620-1997(Overvoltage Protection and Insulation Coordination of AC Electrical Equipment) and GB50169-92(Code for Construction and Acceptance of Grounding Devices in Electrical Equipment Installation Engineering) stipulate that when the single-phase grounding fault capacitive current of 3 ~ 66kV system exceeds 10A, the neutral point shall be grounded through arc suppression coil.

1. Features of the device:

² Higher safety: the damping resistance is connected in series at the outgoing line side of the arc suppression coil, which can effectively avoid the resonance overvoltage of the system.

² Higher reliability: The device adopts STM32F103ZET6 chip as the core controller, and adopts strong and weak electrical isolation, isolated power supply, software and hardware watchdog, hardware continuous self-check technology, photoelectric isolation, and non-contact design to ensure the high reliability of the system .

² Modularization of control system: the control unit can support two bus sections at most. Each functional module of the control unit is designed as an independent plug-in and configured according to the requirements of the user.

² Flexible communication method: The controller has RS-232, RS-485 serial interfaces and communication components, which can be used as a sub-station to connect to various integrated automation systems for remote measurement, remote signaling, and remote control.
