Product introduction

The device is connected in series with the high-voltage capacitor bank and connected to the 6-35kV power system to limit the inrush current of the shunt capacitor bank and suppress the harmonics of the power grid.
Operating environment

1) Operating environment: indoor;

2) Ambient temperature: -40℃+45℃ (or according to user requirements);

3) Altitude: ≤1000m (or according to user requirements);

4) Installation and operation site: There should be no severe vibration or turbulence, and the site should be able to withstand earthquakes with an earthquake intensity of 8 degrees without being damaged;

5) Installation location: There should be no harmful gas, steam, conductive or explosive dust around;

6) Pay attention to ventilation and heat dissipation when using indoors;

7) Relative humidity: the monthly average relative humidity should not exceed 90%, while the daily average relative humidity should not exceed 95%;

Product features

1) BKSC type dry iron core reactor adopts dry iron core and three-phase complex structure. The core is made up of high-quality silicon steel sheet. While the core column is composed of multiple air gaps evenly distributed. The air gap is filled with epoxy glass cloth plate to ensure that the gap does not change during long-term operation.
2The dry-type iron core reactor has the advantages of simple overall structure, small volume, light weight, reasonable layout and convenient installation. It is an ideal supporting equipment used in indoor capacitor compensation frame and cabinet device, being free from electromagnetic and oil pollution, and with good flame retardancy, less magnetic leakage and small electromagnetic interference to the environment.

3) The epoxy casting coil is reinforced by epoxy glass grid cloth inside and outside, and the epoxy casting system is poured under vacuum conditions. It has excellent heat dissipation and insulation performance, high mechanical strength, good dynamic thermal stability and no cracking.

4) Epoxy cast coil does not absorb waterand it has low partial discharge, which can operate safely under harsh environmental conditions.

5) The gap between the core column and the insulating cylinder is sealed and fixed with epoxy resin glue, and the upper iron yoke and the coil are tightened with a pulling screw to integrate the core and the coil, which strengthens the insulation strength between the core and the coil and greatly reduces the operating noise of the reactor.

6) Special insulation components are installed between the coil and the iron core, and between the core and the ground to ensure the electrical insulation distance.

7) The reactor core and winding are not immersed in any liquid, and they are air-cooled without oil leakage, which is convenient for manufacturing, maintenance and operation.

8) Special computer software is used for auxiliary optimization design, with accurate inductance value and reasonable margin for temperature rise.
